Spanish

Spanish-inspired homes built in the first decades of the 20th century are usually described as Spanish Colonial or Spanish Revival, suggesting that they borrow ideas from early American settlers from Spain.

Step through the stucco archway, linger in the tiled courtyard, and you might think you were in Spain or Portugal.  Usually asymmetrical in layout and sporting arched doorways, small balconies, curved roof tiles, stucco exterior walls, half-round arched windows and doorways, courtyard entrances and lush green natural gardens, they exhibit an alluring Mediterranean charm that is hard to miss…Bring a touch of Spanish-inspired flair to your home through cultural elements.
